Maël was at Les Airelles just next door before taking over the reins of this kitchen, and here he works with fresh, local, seasonal produce in no-fuss recipes - 3 starters, 3 main courses, 3 desserts - and that's all there is to it. Mélanie makes sure you're well seated and served. Cocktails have a vacation feel, tapas evenings and barbecues in summer.
