LE CERCLE RÉPUBLICAIN
This café is the original heart of the village, an institution founded in 1912 and HQ of the Resistance during WW2. Sneak in at the far end to the tiny terrace overlooking the valley, where the fantastic view will leave you with unforgettable memories of the Luberon. In the dining room, the atmosphere is that of a real village bistro, with regulars and, in season, lots of tourists, and the seats are very popular and few in number. For a drink, a bite to eat and a chat with the locals, this is the place to be!
