Push open the door of this Carillon, one of Goult's fine restaurants, run by a charming couple, Lætitia and Bruce. The setting is elegant, the atmosphere cosy, the cuisine refined and creative, and the prices really reasonable, especially the lunchtime special. Bruce Rousselet works with the finest local produce: Mediterranean sea bass fillet, poichichade, chickpea fricassee, grilled sucrine and orange vinaigrette, or veal onglet, acidulated oven-roasted eggplant, eggplant caviar, jus court, gressin with Provence herbs.
