Perched between 400 and 500 meters above sea level in Grambois, Domaine Regarde-Moi-Venir offers an exceptional setting for organic, environmentally-friendly viticulture. The vines, planted on sandy-clay soil, benefit from a cool climate that allows the grapes to ripen slowly. Certified organic since 1994, the estate is committed to preserving biodiversity. In the cellar, the wine is made naturally, with a minimum of intervention and no artificial additives, with the exception of light sulfiting when necessary. The result? Authentic, expressive wines that reflect the unique terroir of Grambois.
