The Moulin du Grand Réal is a traditional oil mill, you can see the granite stone, the scourtins and the two hydraulic presses during your visit by appointment only. Olives harvested in the area (2,5 ha) are pressed from November to December to give an oil branded A.O.C., certified organic agriculture. The oil of the mill as well as all farm products directly grown or manufactured by the Grand Real (season vegetables, goat cheeses…) are sold at the MAGASIN store. They are also served at the hostel. Freshness assured.
