The ESAT du Grand Réal has a farm where you can see a modern olive oil mill, equipped with a continuous chain. The 300 olive trees of the estate, cultivated in organic farming and according to the specifications of the AOC Provence, are from the aglandau and the bouteillan. The olive oils are characterized by a green fruity taste. The crushing of the olives is open to both individuals and professional olive growers. The mill is open from November to December. The oil is available in sizes of 1 and 3 liters.
