A domain for enlightened art lovers and epicureans in Lauris.
Fontenille or the art of living in Provence. Frédéric Biousse and Guillaume Foucher, enlightened art lovers and epicureans, fell under the spell of this property. Here, since they renovated the bastide in 2015, all is luxury, calm and gentleness. It's like living in a family home. The imposing, warm 17th-century bastide overlooks the landscaped park and its pond. Beyond, the estate's vineyards abound. For your dining pleasure, La Cuisine d'Amélie offers a seasonal bistronomic menu.

We went to diner at la roseraie new concept. Super friendly, the food cooked with a brasero was super nice too. The principle of sharing a table with Provençal food totally worth it.
Just a note for the staff: it was not clear at all what was part of the menu or not. We were offered to take an apéro before and a poire after the dinner but was never explained how much it costed and that it was actually not offered. Same, it would have been nice to know the wine glass price we ordered. None of this was detailed on the receipt as well..
In any case we enjoyed very much this experience and encourage you to continue with more transparency :)
