BOULANGERIE PAUL
Paul lived across France in his bakeries, and recently on Avignon, the concept evolved well since the first name in 1953 in Lille. With its black storefronts, the customer likes to take his bread, but especially to get there for lunch on the thumb or for a five-foot clock. New style, new concept with rustic breads (orange chestnut breads, olives fougasse, complete fruit benoiton…) and fantasy, pastries, cakes and desserts as well as ready-made sandwiches and hot sandwiches. In 2014 Paul celebrates his 125 th birthday.
