Winegrowing estate in Ménerbes in the Luberon with its corkscrew museum, botanical garden and the Citadelle bistro
Yannick and Valérie Panagiotis are rally enthusiasts as well as wine lovers. They took over Domaine de La Citadelle, a 40-hectare estate certified HVE and BIO since 2016, which promotes respect for the land with eco-responsible methods such as horse-drawn ploughing and eco-pasturing. The wines are powerful and fine; among the cuvées, those of Gouverneur Saint-Auban and Les Artèmes are aged in French oak barrels. Other attractions include the Corkscrew Museum and the Botanical Garden. And don't forget the Bistrot de La Citadelle Tayac - Cave à Manger.

Opening time and information on DOMAINE DE LA CITADELLE
From January to April: open from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 6pm. Closed on Sunday. In October: open Monday to Friday from 9am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 6pm. Open Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 6pm. In May and June: open Monday to Friday from 9am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 7pm. Open Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 7pm. July / August / September : Non stop, 7 days a week from 9am to 7pm.

The 50-hectare Domaine de la Citadelle is located in Ménerbes. It offers 5 ranges of wines, the fruit of several years' work and selection. You 'll findred, rosé and white wines such as Artèmes, Gouverneur Saint-Auban, Ultimes... Here, all the products highlight the different terroirs and the know-how of the estate's team . Le Domaine de la Citadelle has been organically farmed since 2016 and has HVE certification. A great address for oenophiles!
