Le Moulin des Gypses is an enchanting organic vineyard and olive-growing estate in Mormoiron. The vineyard produces characterful AOP Ventoux and IGP Vaucluse wines, including La Grande Cuvée and Caresses du Vent in red, and Cuvée Martina in white. Their organic AOP Provence olive oil, made from ripe olives, completes this exceptional range. To extend the experience, three comfortable gîtes and a chambre d'hôtes welcome you in bucolic surroundings.
