Domain offering bright and comfortable rooms to book in Pernes-les-Fontaines.

At the Gontier's, one has been winemaker for five generations! Thus you will be hosted in the estate premises! The 17th century building was fully restored. The reception and the interior design, and the bright and comfortable rooms make you feel immediately at home. We highly recommend you the restaurant: the chef is talented and you will not resist his regional cuisine, prepared with local produces. All fruit and vegetables come from local producers and are seasonal. And his imagination is very exquisite. He also offers cooking classes. But beware, for a treat, you should book and longer and longer in advance!

Très bon restaurant , c est la 4ème fois que l 'on y retourne dans ce beau mas provençal du XVIIème siècle , c est toujours aussi excellent , bravo au chef pour sa cuisine inventive !
Produits de saison , saveurs provençales ... accompagnés des vins bio du domaine (blanc , rouge et rosé ) tout pour combler nos papilles !!

certainement le meilleur rapport qualité/prix de la région. Hugo est inventif dans sa cuisine, avec toutes les saveurs de la provence. Les produits sont toujours de premier choix, et les vins du domaine sont excellents. Le service est parfait et il fait toujours bon de profiter de ce coin de plaisir gourmand, et cela se sait....réservation longtemps a l'avance
