This seventeenth-century property has seen a wide variety of crops. First with silkworms, then with market gardening, and finally as a wine estate with the arrival of the Gontier family. Today, the business continues to diversify, with the opening of a bed & breakfast and an inn. The estate's olive trees, some centuries old, others recently planted, are also used to produce AOC Provence olive oil. The trees, which are in organic conversion, come in three varieties: aglandau (which accounts for 95% of the oil), salonenque and bouteillan.
