DOMAINE OLEICOLE DE BELUGUE
It was moved to the south that Dominique Rocher, an agricultural training technician, fell in love with the olive tree. The Mosellan took on the game and decided for an active retreat to rehabilitate olive trees to abandonment on 8 ha of land by restanques, on the foothills of Mont Ventoux, in Malemort-du-Comtat (250 m altitude). A colossal job that now bears fruit: with its trees derived from the local variety of Verdale, cultivated in organic farming, Dominique Rocher produces an oil AOC Provence in green fruit, which released the gold medal in the competition of the Nyons olive oil.
