MOULIN JEAN-FRANÇOIS CARTOUX
It is because they wanted to master their organic production that Magali and Jean-François Cartoux installed a continuous chain mill in their… garage! A large garage, however, which allows them to pressed their olives and those of the contributors (from 30 kg; from 120 kg to have its own oil). With its 950 olive trees planted between 2003 and 2005, the vast majority of which come from the Verdale in Carpentras, they produce a organic oil in green fruit. A large part of their production is sold by the monks of the Barroux, but you can also provide in their fields, where the Cartoux also cultivate cherries, table grapes and have cottages.
