The fresh cheese is plain or flavoured with shallots, cumin, savory or rose petals. A la sortie de Pernes direction St Didier, cette petite exploitation agricole de chèvres vend de très bons fromages, mais aussi faisselles et yaourts. On peut y aller les mardis et vendredis de 17h à 19h de mars à décembre.
