FREEZ BEEF
Frozen food, quality and flavors, that's the concept of this butcher shop imagined by Eric Baudet, heir of a family know-how. He buys his meats directly, they are cut and frozen at -35°C in the lab. Beef, veal, lamb, pork, poultry, sausages, tripe: there is a wide choice to fill your basket with cuts chosen according to your recipes as well as exceptional cuts of Angus, Iberian pork, organic beef from the Bourbonnais region and farmhouse pork from Auvergne. Practical, Freez Beef also proposes some cooked dishes: alouettes and paupiettes, sauerkraut and gardianne de taureau. Tastings can be done from time to time at the meat bar. Convivial !
