BACCHUSALEM
Well known to the wine lovers, and more precisely to the pleasures of the friendly tasting, Bacchusalem deserves a detour. This brand name has not really worked on shopping street, it is located in the ZAC St Martin, very close to the bowling. If this area of activity seems impersonal, as soon as you push the door of Bacchusalem, the framework promises you good times. Baroque sofas and low tables contrast with the épuré side of the room and set the tone: we are here to ask ourselves. Along the walls, the bottles align, 250 references, wines from the hexagon, including organic or natural wines, and champagnes. The rates are quite reasonable. Make yourself happy by setting up a wine bar, a counter or in the dedicated spaces, to enjoy a drink around a few tapas. Packages of Spanish charcuterie (resulting from Pata Negra Bellota) imported directly from Huelva, good cheeses will make perfect agreements, just like truffle toast in season (on order). Sardinade, tuna rillettes, lobster foam, salmon cream and salads stamped La Belle-Erp are also on slate. In the summer, some tables are in front of the door and it smells the holidays!
