Rolland and Catherine are market gardeners, growing fruit and vegetables on the family farm: lettuces, tomatoes, beans, cucumbers, all seasonal vegetables and also purple asparagus, the so-called Pertuis asparagus, famous since the 19th century. You can fill your basket according to the season, directly on the farm or in the Couleurs Paysannes stores in Venelles, Valensole and Manosque.
