Run by Ludovis Blairon, oenologist and often recognized as one of the pioneers of natural wines in the Luberon region, the Domaine de Campagne Sarrière covers almost 10 hectares of vines. Committed to environmentally-friendly viticulture, sometimes with biodynamic treatments, Ludovic adopts a low-interventionist approach in the cellar, favoring winemaking that is as natural as possible, with a minimum of additions. His range of wines is varied enough to satisfy all palates, including 2 whites, 3 reds and 1 rosé, all with plenty of character, occasionally joined by short-lived cuvées.
