CHÂTEAU SIMIAN
Château Simian is a family of demanding winemakers (five generations of winemakers), without compromise, who focus on quality. Old grapes treated carefully, assemblages worked with passion for high quality guard wines. Since 2008, the vineyard has been driven into biodynamia. Since 2011, the first vintage to bear the mention Bio, wines are all produced in organic farming. Always for pleasure: Red Jocundaz from an exceptional soil - the Uchaux massif - 70% grenache, 30% syrah, a ruby dress, is a wine that must be reserved for meat in sauce or game.
