Domaine Fond Croze, located in Saint-Roman-de-Malegarde, is a family-run vineyard offering direct sales of organic wines. Founded in 1997, the estate is run by Daniel Long, who perpetuates traditional viticultural techniques, while his brother Bruno specializes in oenology and produces cuvées of excellence. With over 80 hectares of vines, the estate benefits from carefully nurtured and preserved grape varieties. Since 2009, the estate has been converting to organic farming, with the help of oenologist and consultant Philippe Cambie. Today, Guillaume Long, Daniel's son, is continuing to develop the estate after training in viticulture and oenology. Domaine Fond Croze offers a range of 15 wines, each reflecting the identity of its terroir.
