Chez Yves et Virginie, the best in artisanal charcuterie in Sault at the foot of Mont Ventoux
This is the temple of artisanal charcuterie and Ventoux pork. Yves is an insatiable creator: ham with herbs, garlic and thyme, cured lamb ham that Michelin-starred chefs put on their menus, hand-tossed andouillettes, venison, doe, bull, blueberry and fig sausages, 60 varieties at 5% fat content. And don't forget the lavender and olive pâtés, the house specialties, smoked bacon, the famous old-fashioned feet and packages and the Chauve-Souris (a pork tenderloin made into cured ham).

very nice, very clean, lots of humour, impassion, creative, cured ham lamb that Yves invented and protect shacks with it and the recipe has the inpi it is SUBLIME
