This young distillery has already won a silver medal at the Word Gin Awards for its Gin de Provence, Mistello, distilled from local organic plants in an impressive tray still: juniper, wormwood, verbena, sage and thyme. Théo Arnulf, inspired by twenty years spent travelling the world, has just rediscovered his family roots as truffle growers and lavender distillers. The latest addition is Pastis Anista, and we're waiting for a spelt whisky. Facing the Ventoux, you can make your own gin in mini-alambics. A must-see!
