The estate, a former 12th-century convent, extends over 36 hectares, 25 of which are cultivated with vines, the rest being forest and garrigue. Guy Jullien and his son Thomas produce organically grown wines in three colors: AOC Beaumes-de-Venise red, with good ageing potential; Côtes-du-Rhône red and white; and Côtes-du-Ventoux red and rosé. Reservations are recommended for wine tastings. Take the opportunity to visit the picturesque village of Suzette.
