This former farm of the Templar belongs to the Cow-Archimbaud family for five generations. The vineyard covers 48 ha. The product domain (majority) of the red vacqueyras, the canoeing and the côtes-du-rhône. A great respect for the traditions and manual harvest with a reasoned development allows for wines without tannic excesses. The Canoeing is planted on the arid hills of the Dentelles de Montmirail and is largely made up of old vines like the vintages of the Tour Sarrazine or Prestige. As far as the Côtes-du-Rhône is concerned, from the young vineyards of AOC Vacqueyras and Canoeing decommissioned on the shores of the Rhône River, it is worth a detour. You will be greeted with kindness and simplicity. An open doors day is organised every year, on Saturday of Ascension, with wine tastings of Vacqueyras and Canoeing, a market of the land with small producers in the vicinity. There are even animations for children and a photo exhibition.
