To enjoy a little break on the terrace while tasting a simple cuisine with fresh products in Vaison-la-Romaine.

After wandering through the maze of the medieval city, how about a little break on the terrace next to a wash-house. Thierry has opened a small establishment there where he serves a simple cuisine made with fresh produce. We recommend the quail in slippers "qu'es aquo ? " : a preparation based on pork meat, spinach, chard, confined in a shortcrust pastry served warm or lukewarm, which can be enjoyed with a good local wine. A small shop where you can buy freshly picked or dried lavender in season.

Très bon accueil du patron multitache de ce restaurant (serveur ,cuisinier, humoriste et sportif).plus de caillette mais un gratin de ravioles courgette saumon succulent. On reviendra avec plaisir. N oublié pas de dire bonjour en arrivant, la politesse bordel.Merci pour ce repas.

Un grand merci pour ce magnifique moment ! Moi qui n'aime pas la caillette, quelle surprise d'avoir tant apprécié la caillette du Chef. Un régal, des herbes qui parfument, pas grasse du tout. Et la glace choco-praliné, on en parle ?! Un goût à tomber de sa chaise ????. Merci Chef, quel bon moment, simple, convivial, beaucoup d'humour. Juste parfait ????.
