Thierry has opened a small establishment there where he serves a simple cuisine made with fresh produce. We recommend the quail in slippers "qu'es aquo ? " : a preparation based on pork meat, spinach, chard, confined in a shortcrust pastry served warm or lukewarm, which can be enjoyed with a good local wine. A small shop where you can buy freshly picked or dried lavender in season.
