PEYREROL
An entire floor is dedicated to the preparation of these delicacies with their subtle flavours of sweetness and sweet bitterness. We love his homemade pastries and ice cream! The pastry chef Gilles Peyrerol also takes great care in the aesthetics of his cakes, macaroons of all colours, almond tiles, madeleines, chocolates, confectionery, verrines and delicate desserts. Les Rochers du Ventoux are one of his specialities: they are small hazelnut biscuits flavoured with coffee or orange blossom. Each season has its own creation.

Pralin n’a vraiment rien de fantastique.
Le cube crunchy est du même style.... Crunchy avant hier peut-être mais aujourd’hui tout ramolli, rien d’exceptionnel sauf les prix, stratosphériques : 5 euro chaque pâtisserie, beaucoup trop pour du pas frais !
