Take your time when you arrive at Prévosse, because the masters of the house are enthusiasts before being winemakers. This so rich land in the heart of the Davin family is passed on from generation to generation. The farm is more than four centuries old, the vineyard plots host both young and old vines on grape varieties of carignan (70 years), grenache (60 years) and syrah. Wines of high quality break down into Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Valréas or Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Visan, red, rosé and white Côtes-du-Rhône. The walls of the cellar, which are just next to the hill and in the shadow of a tercentenary plane tree, are covered with medals. Little plus: even more than a passion for vine, the kindness of the reception is also passed on here from generation to generation.
