L’ENTREPAIN
Richard Rousseau the baker put on a proven concept. Esprit atelier, the pétrissent bakers and cook the bread behind the glass, under the customer eye. The decoration of the place is rather minimalist, but its important surface allows the guests to take a quick snack on the few tables arranged in the room.
There is no problem to park because there is an outdoor parking around the store. We tested the "Laurence stick", a generous 250 gram baguette and rye flour. The craquante crust while being gentle, the dense but light black, and its little taste of leaven which remains discreet, have conquered us.
