Cave Lavau is a winery located in Violes, in the Rhône Valley. Founded in 1965 by Jean-Guy Lavau and his wife Anne-Marie, the winery is now run by their sons Frédéric and Benoît Lavau. The Lavau family has a long history in the wine world, having started out in Saint-Émilion in the 19th century before moving to Tunisia and finally returning to France in the 1960s. Cave Lavau offers a wide range of protected appellation wines from the Rhone Valley, sourced from the region's finest terroirs. They work in partnership with over 350 local winemakers to select the best grapes and produce top-quality wines.
