LA CABRERY
On this self-managed farm belonging to the European Longo Maï movement, active in a variety of political and social initiatives, organic vines are grown on 9.5 hectares of the 23-hectare estate. Natural wine is produced, as well as ancient varieties of wheat, which are transformed into sourdough bread. All this is done with respect for the environment, with particular attention paid to soil life and the preservation of biodiversity. A place of life and agricultural production where some twenty people look after the organic viticulture, market garden, chickens, goats and fruit trees.
