A particularly gourmet address where a rare spice with a unique taste is cultivated: saffron. It was in 2014 that Céline, formerly in haute couture, became a saffron grower. It's an activity that demands patience and passion, when you consider that it takes around 200 blossoms of this superb purple flower, crocus sativus, to extract 1 gram of saffron! But this spice is well worth the effort, as it lends a remarkable flavour to all preparations. A smart address.
