Charles & Alice offer you quality fruit desserts. Located in the Drôme, the company selects its fruits carefully and develops particularly tasty recipes that reveal all the benefits of the fruit. Its range of products is certified as Origin France Garantie.
History. Charles & Alice's adventure began in 1976, in the heart of the Drôme orchards under the name of Hero. In 2000, it launched the very first fruit dessert with no added sugars. In 2010, it offers the very first range of organic fruit desserts, and is working closely with Charles Faraud, a company based in the Vaucluse region. And that's how Charles & Alice was born in 2011. In 2014, it will offer some of its gourd products, and in 2015, the Mousses de fruits range, desserts with a light and gourmet texture.
The products. Charles & Alice's range includes fruit desserts with no added sugars: apple-pear williams, apple-cherry, apple-cranberry..., organic fruit desserts: apple-blackcurrant, apple-figue, apple-chestnut...The desserts with low sugar fruits: apple-strawberry, apple-pear..., the desserts with gourmet fruits: caramel melting apple and chestnut melting apple, and finally, the fruit mousses: raspberry, apricot, pear and apple-lemon.
Employment. Charles & Alice has 400 employees in the orchards of southeastern France. The company is particularly involved in the French organic sector. It announced a turnover of 143 million euros in 2017.
