CHÂTEAU D'AULAN
This building was built in the 12th century on a rocky spur and proudly dominates the Toulourenc valley. It has undergone many alterations throughout its history as it was burnt down in 1792, before being abandoned and looted during the Great War. Today it holds many memories of the Suarez d'Aulan family, which was remodelled in the 19th century in a Viollet-le-Duc style by the Marquis Arthur de Suarez d'Aulan. Today it still belongs to the same family and is the only private residence of the Baronnies open to visitors.
