CAVE DAVID BAUTIN
For three generations, the Bautin family has been developing their wine-growing terroir and producing Clairette de Die. Their estate covers 5.5 ha, 90% Muscat, 10% Clairette. Since 2014, the wines are organic with Ecocert certification. A know-how that can be appreciated by tasting the four types of cuvées: three of clairette (tradition, Les Clos, brut), one of white wine at low prices. The Bautin cellar programs each year, in spring, its famous Farm Market, a great opportunity to visit the estate and share the meal with family, neighbours, friends, based on good regional products, with the added bonus of a concert or a surprise show. All this washed down with wines defined as "free, authentic and healthy" by the Bautin family. The friendly David is the current owner. In 2019, for the occasion, excellent winegrowers from different French regions made the trip to present their organic or natural wines. A beautiful sharing and a real success!
