Old-fashioned, artisanal, farmhouse, authentic ... Here is a delicatessen with small onions, perfect in every way! Pigs are raised here to prepare sausages, hams, terrines and other curds as they have been doing for generations of farmers. The farm is also dedicated to the open-air breeding of grain-fed poultry, chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys (at Christmas)... You can also find eggs here. The Guinet farm has a stand on the markets of Valence (Saturday, Place des Clercs) and Romans (Sunday morning). But you can also take advantage of the formula direct sale at the farm for a small immersion in a farm.
