PASCALIS
The Pascalis bakery, founded in 1892, is now in the hands of Antoine Pascalis' generation. This house is dedicated to the pogne de Romans: traditional, chocolate, tropézienne, with pralines... Emblematic of Romans, the origin of this brioche would go back to 1339. In addition to the pogne, the house offers other specialties such as Saint-Genix with pralines and Swiss shortbread. Pascalis shares its passion by giving the opportunity to discover its manufacturing secrets. Other addresses of the company: Romans and Tain-l'Hermitage.
