It's a Nicolas, says Nico, at the helm, but an independent wine merchant who opened his shop in 2003 and since then he offers the production of friendly winemakers from all over France, but also craft beers from local micro-breweries and spirits. Nico has added coffee roasting to his activity as a wine merchant. To do this, he selects arabicas from different countries, according to his current discoveries and tastes. As with wine, it's all about palate and the pleasure of insiders. This passion for coffee, like that for wine, reveals terroirs and producers. And sharing his favourites is a real pleasure for the boss.
