THE CROQUE
The bogeyman revisited and street food to honour. Here's a new, small, itinerant kitchen that settles on your events, festivals, animations, inaugurations, or along the roads and in your neighborhood. Joe Verschuere, a native of the North, who, after vadrouillé years in Asia, decided to take his suitcases in Valencia and develop a project combining kitchen and street animation. A new offer of quick restoration reconciling the quality of a good restaurant and the speed of a sale to take, all made truck. On the menu, simple dishes: soups, salads, croques, croq and croq… Take to eat them at the office or elsewhere or on site… inside the truck. The truck? A former market cheese from 1972. Vintage! Most: Beer tasting shop and small grocery radius. A real area of street conviviality.
