A former sommelier in top restaurants, best wine merchant in France (2018) and now Master Wine Merchant, Cyril offers an impeccable selection and collection of wines from here and elsewhere representing more than thirty countries, i.e. more than 750 wines and champagnes, including a range of organic and natural wines. In addition, there are 200 spirits (whisky, rum, cognac, chartreuse, calvados...) and about a hundred beers.
