La Fourchette is the place to go for a gastronomic break in Bux, in the heart of the old town and under the arcades. In the dining room, a warm welcome and efficient service. On the plate, traditional cuisine with regional flavours: Baronnies lamb, fillet of beef, home-cooked duck foie gras... a regularly renewed selection of dishes. In high season, the menu is enriched with fine salads and other fresh dishes. A nougat glacé or a pear in red wine will round off a meal of Provencal flavors.

Bon mais en quantité très mesurée
S'il n'y a pas de critiques à formuler sur la qualité de la cuisine, la portion de salade thaï de l'entrée était TRES réduite et le peu de purée (2 cuillères à soupe), l'accompagnement du plat principal, a conduit la serveuse à proposer d'en rapporter. A l'intention du petit Futé, le menu du jour est à 21 € et non 15 €.
