The company was founded in 1978. It's a gourmet address not to be missed in Buis, a bakery, pastry shop, confectionery, ice cream parlour and tea room where you can stop off for a bite to eat or relax with a coffee on the terrace. Everything is handcrafted, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. And both the storefront and the menu change with the seasons and traditional holidays. Valentine's Day, Easter, Christmas and Epiphany all inspire beautiful creations that delight the eyes before seducing the taste buds!
