On the Olive Route in Provence, a gourmet stopover at the roots of a country marked by olive groves. In the old town, this 17th century oil mill - fed by the Canal du Moulin, a branch of the Ouvèze - which was in operation until 1996, tells the story of the olive and its golden oil, and reveals its collection of ammonites. After tasting the PDO olive oil of Nyons, olives, honey and biscuits, you will certainly not leave without buying a range of gourmet products and soaps in the shop.
