CHRISTINE ESPÉRANDIEU
Christine Espérandieu, assisted by his father René, takes care of the thousand olive trees transmitted to his family for five generations. Some are more than 200 years old! The cunner olives are intended for oil, a monovariétale pressed at the mill of Haute-Provence, as well as table olives stamped PDO Nyons. Olive trees have been cultivated in organic farming for more than 20 years (René was one of the precursors, olive trees are not irrigated. Result: smaller but firmer olives that support the canning very well. Christine thus sells a large portion of his production to the canning industry. You can find its products also in the domain, rue du Temple.
