A wine cellar and refined restaurant, Ici et là Véore offers inventive, precise cuisine. The plates are beautiful and the combinations perfect, as with this pavé de maigre, leche de tigre, pico de gallo and coriander, or this effeuillé d'agneau, épeautre du Vercors and spiced vegetables. The recommended grenache bio côtes-du-roussillon is up to the task. The brioche perdue with hot chocolate, sesame and gavotte emulsion brings the meal to a tender close.
