LA FERME DU MARAIS
La Ferme des Marais is a farm located in Charpey, between Valence and Romans-sur-Isère, at the foot of the Vercors mountains. It sells semi-complete dry pasta, handmade on site. The pasta is made from durum wheat grown on the farm's own fields, using sustainable farming methods. They contain no colorants or preservatives, and are egg-free. The durum wheat semolina is produced using a stone mill, which preserves the grain's aromas, flavors and nutritional values. The pasta is then shaped by hand and dried at low temperature for a minimum of 10 to 12 hours. The farm also offers bed and breakfast accommodation.
