Paul Gréco took over this farm in 1967 with 1,500 apricots and 330 abandoned olive trees. After many plantations and sizes of the existing orchard, it currently occupies 1,000 olive trees, 5 ha in organic farming and without irrigation. From the tanned variety, its products (olive oil and table olives) are labeled AOP Nyons. They are sold directly on organic fairs or lounges, some AMAP and the field. Visit only by appointment.
