A classic and a must in Châtillon. Established in 1990, Pascal Reysset offers gourmet cuisine and is also a caterer. His Caveau invites you to linger in the shade of the chestnut trees or in the warmth of the vaulted rooms. Sourcing organic and local produce, the house offers generous, bourgeois regional cuisine, with classics such as filet mignon with morel mushrooms, leg of Diois lamb confit and artisanal ravioles from Grands Goulets. The Caveau also features a wine bar.

une bonne adresse
Il n’y a pas beaucoup de choix dans le coin surtout en hiver (et en plus il était presque 14h !) aussi nous avons testé le caveau où nous avons été accueillis très agréablement et où nous avons testé la Clairette de Die et dégusté d’excellentes ravioles au bleu du vercors.

je suis allée à plusieurs reprise dans ce restaurant soit parce que j'étais invité ou par manque de choix et vraiment je trouve le rapport qualité prix nul! C'est me semble-t-il des surgelés mal recuisinés. Je n'ai pas aimé ni mes amis. Je ne conseille pas
totally lost owners! food not worthy of the name all is poor and the plastic inside. all with microwave, organic 3 food into organic la carte you speak organic waitresses who cry, maronniers who lost their leaves in summer in dishes short it total restaurant to be avoided!
We have pass t-pieces good time in this hotel. Menu made very well with choice of products mostly regional recommend .....
