Our favorite! A local address, part bar, part hotel, part restaurant, part caterer. Le Bistroquet is located in an old village house on the main street. You can eat in the dining room or on the small terrace overlooking the wash house, with the Vercors cliffs in the background. The chef works with local produce: artisanal ravioles from Montlaur-en-Diois with walnut crumble, lemon and morel mushrooms; lamb mice confit with spices, grilled Archiane trout with preserved lemon marmalade, tajines, etc. Delicious sheep's yogurt with fresh herbs.
